About Us

BioPot is an environmentally friendly company supporting the Wool Industry by purchasing excess wool to turn into our product.

BioPot was started by 4 students taking the Young Enterprise Program which is a non profit designed to give students a chance to run a business by themselves.

Our product was designed to reduce the amount of plastic waste that is produced during gardening due to the plastic pots that plants usually come in.

We designed our product after hearing about the troubles that the wool industry in New Zealand was currently facing and hearing about the problems with plastic pots in gardening.
