Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please choose carefully, as our change of mind policy ensures we can continue to offer you the best possible value on all our products.

This policy applies to all change of mind situations and does not impact your legal rights where a product may be faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied as described below.

Defective & Faulty Products

If a product you purchased from us is defective, faulty, or does not meet the legal guarantees outlined under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

For a product to be eligible to be returned under our Defective Product Policy, the product:

  • Must have a manufacturing defect, fault, or structural failure
  • Must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement, or order confirmation)

Faulty Product Process

Some minor adjustments apply to our remedy process depending on the nature of the fault see below.

Minor Faults: If the defect is minor, we will choose whether to repair the product, replace it with an identical model, or provide a full refund.

Substantial Faults: If the defect is substantial (meaning you would not have bought the product if you had known about the fault), you can choose whether you prefer a full cash refund or a replacement.

Note: Due to fair wear and tear, we are unable to refund or replace items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or abnormal use after purchase.
